Refund Policy

What's Up SCV LLC is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise purchases. We understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged, and we're happy to help make that happen.

Merchandise Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may exchange it for a different size or color within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@whatsupscv.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your exchanged item, we'll inspect it to make sure it's in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. If everything checks out, we'll send you the replacement item. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping both the returned item and the replacement item.

Please note that we're unable to offer exchanges on items that have been used or are not in their original packaging. Additionally, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Event Tickets
All event tickets sold by What's Up SCV LLC are final sale. We're unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for event tickets. Once an event ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
