The median price in August 2022 for a house sold in Santa Clarita was a staggering $735,374. That’s a $95,338 raise from August 2021, about a 15% increase! There is a high demand to live in Santa Clarita, whether it be for the excellent schools, year-round sun, convenient distance to the rest of LA, or whatever other amenity our great hometown has to offer.
